As an I.T. Consulting firm we facilitated Keon Construction with their application to the CDAP Boost Your Business Technology Grant. Providing visibility between Keon Construction and the ISED approved advisors for a successful application into the Canadian Digital Adoption Program. With successful entry into the program, Keon Constructions Inc. received;
$15,000 grant for the creation of the digital adoption plan.
$50,0000, 0% loan over a 6 year repayment period with the BDC for the implementation of the digital adoption plan.
Access to $7,300 wage subsidies administered by Magnet to help implement the digital expansion.
Contracted for the following scope of work outlined in their digital adoption plan:
Migration into in-house content management systems using Wordpress, Hostinger, Google Workspace, and Google Analytics.
Coordination with the digital adoption advisor Juuga Marketing, graphic designer and social media manager.

Transitioned broker's Customer Relationship Management providers. Provided planning, development, and on-boarding onto the HubSpot suite and off-boarded from ACT!
Business Problem: Inability to export key business information from ACT's contact property. This prevented them from running marketing campaigns and fully utilizing the CRM.
Solution: Created a remote database and ran an SQL query script that extracted the data. Attached a unique key identifier to each exported contact into an excel sheet with the associated data. Unique identifier keys and data imported into Hubspot.
Data migration of ~7000 contacts.
Bespoke UI creation on Hubspot that synergized with their standard operating procedure.
